Today is my birthday.
No fantastic birthday party, no lovely birthday cake, What I still got are the love from my family and sweet greetings from my dearest friends.
Last year, the university friends held a big birthday party combining with crazy KARAOKE at my place in Kingston Park. Everyone delivered beautiful gifts and birthday cards for me. What I really felt amazed was they bought me a genuine fur coat!!! That was so~~~touching! I would never forget about this, never!!
This year, some of them are still staying in U.K and I guess I am not going back attending the congregation ceramony, therefore; to be honest, absolutely I feel kind of disapointed. BUT!!! With so many greetings from my friends, those kind words means a lot!!! It means they do care about me, they do treat me as a best friend. There's nothing more I can say to you all. Only full of happinese.
My family~ Whenever I need help, they are always at my side, every single time, always at the front line. My baby sister, she also cares me so much eventhough I treat her unkind from time to time.
At home, she said excitedly: "Dear my sister, today is your birthday!!! You're getting older and older lor~ But don't worry too much! Because I am going to give you a big big treat!! Just tell me where you would like to eat. How about the Thai restaurant?"
As a result, she did what she said.She brought mom and me to a Thai restaurant,where you can eat as much as you like.
Mom said at the restaurant: "We should have bought you a birthday cake. I'm so dizzy..." .
As a matter of fact, I don't mind whether the cake exists or not. I'm content with what them have offered. Dad's call from Tainan, Grandmon's red envelope, antie's coupons...etc. No matter the gift is concrete or invisible, I know that I am happy enough.
I've got a wonderful birthday gift from them. Their unvaluable love.
